Born and raised in Idaho. Kim moved to Eagle as a small child from Southern Idaho. She is one of the few people who can say they lived in Eagle when the population was less than 200. Shortly after attending Boise State University, Kim began working for a local residential contractor managing warranty work and client selections. Over the past 21 years in residential construction, her experience as a job site superintendent and design advisor sets her apart for new construction projects. Her favorite homes are Northend Boise infill projects and working on the incredible estate homes in her home town of Eagle.
When Kim isn't working with her husband building custom homes. Kim is working to keep up with her two adult children and her first grandchild. It's true about the saying being a mom is hard work and rewarding. But having a granddaughter is absolutely amazing!
Kim's attention to detail, extensive construction background, and positive attitude make it impossible not to feel confident and comfortable building or buying your dream home.
